1. Who we are

This online store is run by Pocket Vegas, Op de Kalenberg 3, 3590 Diepenbeek, Belgium, pocketvegas@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and photos

Our products are decorative desk gadgets. They are not gambling devices and you cannot win money with them. The photos on our site are made with AI to show the products in a real room; the actual product can look slightly different. Products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro. For customers in the EU, prices include VAT. Shipping costs €3.99 per order and is free on orders of €45 or more (after discounts). You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

4. Pre-orders and delivery

Products marked as pre-order are shipped as soon as they are in stock, by the date shown on the product page. Expected delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days after the date shown, you may cancel it and get a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom can cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, as described in our refund policy. Return shipping is at the customer's own cost. Orders delivered to other countries are final sales, unless local law gives you a right to return.

6. Warranty

In the EU you have the 2-year legal warranty on all products. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we send you a new one.

7. Discounts

Bundle discounts, the Mystery Gift discount and discount codes are applied as shown in your cart and checkout. Discount codes can be used once per customer and have no cash value.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country.
