Shipping costs

We ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping costs €3.99 per order. On orders of €45 or more (after discounts), shipping is free.

Pre-order

Our slot machines are sold as a pre-order. You pay at checkout and we ship as soon as your order is in stock, by November 21 at the latest. The dates are also shown on the product page.

Delivery times

Europe and the United States: we expect your order to arrive by December 12.
Other countries: delivery can take up to two weeks longer.

Tracking

When your parcel ships you receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.

Delays

If your order is delayed, we let you know by email right away.

Customers in the EU

All prices include VAT. Within the EU you don't pay any extra costs on delivery.

Customers outside the EU

Your country may charge import duties, VAT or customs fees on delivery. These costs are not included in our price and are paid by you.
