Refund policy

EU, EEA and UK: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Email us within that period at pocketvegas@gmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form on our returns page. We tell you where to send the product. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Please send the product back empty (no coins inside) and if possible in its original packaging. If it shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, we deduct the loss in value. We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days after we receive your cancellation, using the payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have the product back or you show proof that you sent it.

All other countries

Orders delivered outside the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom are final sales. We do not accept returns for change of mind, unless the law of your country gives you that right.

Defective or damaged (all countries)

Send us a photo or a short video within 14 days after delivery and we send you a new one, free of charge. In the EU you always have the 2-year legal warranty.
